I would like someone to develop an iPad app that will take a paper form I have created and turn it into a data base that syncs with I cloud. There are 22 places to make entries. Each entry will be a number from 1 to 10 from a drop down. There is also an area at the bottom to type up to 20 lines. I would lie it to be a complete app that I can sell on the iTunes store.
