The primary areas of responsibility will involve collaboration with the internal team and stakeholders to complete the BAU work on a targeted schedule. Job functions include documenting all project phases using client's ELC process and established tools and techniques that the Writer has mastered. The Writer must possess strong documentation skills with the ability to quickly pull together project documents, meeting notes, status reports, process and procedural documents and other Enterprise level required technical writing following Clients’s SLM and ELC documentation processes and other industry standard best practices as needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Must be able to get off to a fast start and work with direct supervision as well as independantly as an individual contributer. • Develop the appropriate project artifacts i.e. project plans, communication plans, tracking tools in assistance to the PM and team • Ensure communications and status reports are delivered accurately and timely and help the PM team meet deliverables and milestone timelines. • Work closely with other resources, technical leads and other matrix resources responsible to deliver the project EXPERIENCE • 3+ years writing for technical projects in an enterprise environment • 3+ years writing various document types as described above • 3+ years experience in Identity and Access Management - desired EDUCATION • BS in a technical field preferred
