Sr Oracle Development DBA (OSS CVM) 12 months Atlanta, GA Looking for a Sr. Oracle DBA with a strong background in application development database support. This role requires data design, modeling and normalization skills (e.g.: data architect with deep DBA skills) Provide Oracle Database administration inclusive of data design / modeling, monitoring, and performance tuning Developing schemas and Data normalization Strong experience in deploying, configuring Oracle RAC on Linux platform Must have strong SQL / PLSQL development, and tuning, ASM RAC Installation and patching Support Development, QA and Staging database environments, troubleshoot system and database issues as they arise Review, analyze AWR reports and provide solution to isolate bottlenecks/issues across environments Create and administer a backup and recovery plan that adheres to department policy for archiving rules Troubleshoot system and database issues as they arise Work in conjunction with Application Developers, Architects and Unix Systems Administrators Excellent verbal and written communications David Howlett Director of Recruiting Staffing Technologies, LLC 678.338.2050 (Direct) davidh@staffingtechnologies.com www.staffingtechnologies.com
