As a seasoned, polished professional, you will partner with Sr. Executives to hire and build the best management and director-level talent in Marketing and Merchandising disciplines for this national client. This is an on-site role in the Providence, RI area. Job Description: Work closely with managers to build talent strategies and relationships; set priorities and expectations. Perform full life-cycle recruiting. Sourcing, recruiting, screening and hiring for a wide variety of Manager and Director-level positions on a multi-location basis. Build and develop talent pipelines and referral networks to generate top candidates on an on-going basis. Use executive search techniques to identify, attract and vet the best talent. Control the search, interviewing and hiring processes through dynamic presentations, effective communication and closing techniques. Demonstrates ability to influence decision-makers and assist executives in final selections. Requirements: 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting exempt positions such as Directors, Managers and professional levels in a corporate, RPO or agency environment. Full life cycle recruiting in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of executive search style recruiting techniques. Skilled in targeted and passive recruiting as well as direct cold-calling Strong skills using ATS, internet, social media and networking tools to source and recruit candidates. Proficient in using MS Office Suites including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access along with ATS systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in creating and delivering management reports and presentations. Skilled in behavioral interviewing techniques, solid knowledge of HR regulations and employment law. Demonstrates a sense of urgency, flexibility to adapt to competing priorities.
