My client is a rapidly expanding interational organisation, seeking a finance assistant to support the accounts department based in Glasgow. You will be responsible for daily cheque and Bacs runs, dealing with customer queries, prepare manual payment, prepare self billing invoices, setting up insurance payments at the bank and forwarding supplier remittance advices, supplier statement reconciliations and any other ad-hoc duties as required. You will have at least 6 months experience in an accounts department with good attention to detail and administrative skills, you will have good systems skills and be flexible in your approach to your work.
