The role in itself is meritocratic � therefore you get what you give. Your days will be challenging but varied as it will consist of the following: 1- Developing client relationships through telephone sales (existing and new clients), email marketing, networking and client meetings. 2- Generating candidates through posting job advertisements, internal databases, internet searches, candidate meetings, social and business networking. Recruitment Consultancy is not the same as HR - it is a mix of sales, consultancy, account management, business development & relationship building. Person Specification - You are a sales person, with a persuasive and consultative approach and a set of business ethics that puts integrity at the forefront. - You are looking to be part of an exciting project and understand the role requires a hands-on approach with high levels of sales through business development and candidate resourcing; as the business progresses your role will develop. - You will want to be appreciated and rewarded, and not just a number in an organisation. - You should be intelligent, resourceful and highly proactive. - You should be able to keep calm and continue when things are tough. You will be proactive, entrepreneurial, and someone who drives - picks up the phone, makes the call, pushes things through. You will be looking to forge a successful career in recruitment, develop your skills, and learn from consultants with more than 10 years recruitment experience.
