Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identify; research, and resolve technical problems. Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. This position may require an Associate's Degree in a related area with 0-2 years of experience in the field or related area. Candidates must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
