Marketing Specialist - Email Marketing Use your experience creating and managing marketing strategies and strong organizational skills to raise levels of customer acquisition, retention, and cross/up selling. In this role, you'll play a key part in directing the development of e-mail campaigns in conjunction with teams managing direct mail, websites, design, copy writing, and SEM. Responsibilities: Organize and manage all aspects of email campaigns and programs Serve as an email liaison between cross-department roles Work closely with Marketing Operations, Marketing Communications, and Design Center teams to ensure creative integrity is maintained for all email drops Ensure success of assigned marketing campaigns Planning and implement marketing materials/projects as well as facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables Provide direction and support to the Marketing team; continually monitor and report on project progress in email plan and weekly update meeting Plan and schedule project timelines Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Requirements: Bachelor's in marketing, business, or related field A minimum of four years of experience in creating, executing, maintaining, and analyzing marketing strategies Ability to code HTML and CSS, work with PSD files, understanding of programmable workflows, and basic understanding of relational databases Ability to work well with people as part of a team and develop strong working relationships Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills Proficient with basic software programs including Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Our passion for improving quality of life through geography is at the heart of everything we do.
