This is a really exciting opportunity to join the Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants Marketing team as the Marketing Manager for Table Table, on a fixed term secondment. If you are an experienced marketer from the food and hospitality industry, and interested in a challenging development secondment in an exciting and dynamic team, this may be for you. You will work closely with our Operators and the wider Marketing teams to ensure highly effective and commercial marketing initiatives are developed, and then take the lead on implementing them flawlessly across our business. You will have responsibility for the brand budget and managing our marketing agencies and suppliers. Your performance will be measured on the brands’ performance against sales targets, and the impact of the campaigns, product launches and marketing initiatives that you manage. This is an ideal next step for a commercial Brand Manager or equivalent, to make a real impact on the development of one of our much loved brands. Your skills and qualifications will include: Strong marketing experience, to include agency management, campaign management and brand development Proven and demonstratable experience of work within the food and or hospitality industries Strong, demonstratable experience of the marketing mix - including digital marketing and CRM Proven, successful experience of managing Marketing Campaigns Experience with working with 3rd party agencies Project management experience, including working to challenging deadlines Passion for brand development
