I am looking to hire someone with experience to design my consulting website. I have a limited budget, and so the budget should be based on the project fully completed. MAIN PURPOSE FOR THE WEB SITE: 1) Source clients (email capture), including international clients. 2) Validate and provide credibility to the company I am building, 3) Facilitate SEO/yelp recommendations/Blog and FB I anticipate the number of page not to exceed 5 per languages (Home/About us/Contact us/Blog) - Web should be initially translated in English/Mandarin/Spanish IMPORTANT: Web site should be mobilized (looking good and repurposed once looked at on a tablet or mobile device). I am looking for someone nice, and doing this project not just for the money, but as a great reference.
