This position is a night shift (11pm to 7am). DATA CENTER FACILITY MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING (MEP) INFRASTRUCTURE Perform vendor / customer escorting associated with outage resolution, maintenance, or moves, adds and changes Perform and/or oversee vendors and internal client personnel on general maintenance of systems Establish or accept outage tickets from client IT Operations Center and Facilities departments related to infrastructure MEP problems Perform Incident and problem management associated with infrastructure MEP (including but not limited to CRAC Units, UPSs, PDUs) DATA CENTER IT EQUIPMENT (SERVERS, STORAGE, NETWORK) Establish or accept General Request tickets related to equipment project management (Moves / Adds / Changes) Set up / install / remove server, storage and network equipment cabling, ensuring all industry-wide and/or client standards are met Make, test, and run cables (as required) Rack and stack hardware in accordance with client standards Ensure proper documentation / tracking of facility assets via physical labeling and inventory tracking via iTRACs tool For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom IT Workforce Solutions visit www.compucom.com/careers.
