Project Description: Strategically directing the design, development, and maintenance of executive development programs. Working collaboratively with Senior Executive stakeholders to diagnose executive development challenges, and develop strategies/actions to progress executive leadership quality, competence and effectiveness. Job Description: 1) Directing execution of all aspects of program delivery, including managing vendor relationships and deliverables. 2) Directing, the research and evaluation of external programs and consultants to meet training needs 3) Partnering with Director, Organizational Development to craft and distribute strategic messages related to executive development programs to include, but not be limited to: leadership presentations and updates and communications to employees (general population and targeted audiences). 4) Partnering with leadership teams to define, create, and manage suite of metrics that will assess the effectiveness of the executive development programs.
