Job Description Experis is seeking a candidate that speaks fluent Italian for the Holidays. NOTE: **This is for Holiday tech support, see hours below SHIFT AND HOURS INFO: * During the holiday 8am-4:30PM Mon-Fri variable - some weekends required. If assignment is extended past the Jan 15th date the hours will move to 1am-930am Mon-Fri. Start Date: This will be a Oct 1st start date for the holiday coverage Type: Contract Duration: 3 months depending on need could go longer. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: * Must speak Native level fluent Italian (written and speaking) * Must have IT help desk background and have strong analytical skills. * Call center experience and that are good with technology. * This person will be self managed. SCOPE OF WORK: * Team member responsible for system/software consultancy, administration, development, documentation, testing, installation and training of internal and external business partners. * Has the ability to provide software technical support needs for web-based and client-server applications. * Demonstrated ability to organize, manage to deadlines and control several initiatives concurrently with conflicting needs SKILLS: * MS Windows, MS Office (incl. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio and Access) and Lotus Notes.
