At A Glance Location: Crawley We are currently recruiting for 2 Copywriters, on a fixed term basis until December 2012, for the Specialist Holiday Group sector. SHG is part of TUI Travel PLC Specialist & Activity Sector. Supporting the relaunch of the Specialist web platform, the Copywriter is responsible for writing the new copy and revising existing copy for the site. The web channel is a strategically critical route to market and the User Experience group within the Multi Channel Strategy Team is central to the web's role as a driver of business success. What You'll Be Doing 1. Site content * Responsible for ensuring copy is in line with the brands' tone of voice across all sites and social network presence. * Take factual product information from Product Managers and turn it into web-friendly content. * Work with the SEO team to produce content that is optimised to support our natural search rankings. * Support the Social Media team in ensuring there is continuity between our social presence and main site. * Improve instructional copy throughout booking journey to support the customer. * Develop supporting content to address customer feedback. 2.
