Test Manager - 3 month Fixed Term contract
RDF Group has an exciting opportunity for a Test Manager on an initial 3 month Fixed Term basis. You will be working with a leading employer who has a great reputation in the industry. In the role you will be responsible for the following: Role Responsibilities: To manage a Testing team and ensure that all Testing is carried out consistently and to a high standard and that all risks associated with new systems and system upgrades are appropriately quantified and articulated. You will be responsible for the maintenance, review and continuous improvement of test policies and methodologies and testing strategies across the organisation and as such, this role requires someone who has a focus upon pro-actively suggesting areas for continuous improvement. Role Requirements: • Worked in a Test Management role for more than 2+ years and can bring a wealth of knowledge to this • ISEB/ISTQB Intermediate Certificate on Software Testing preferred or recognised industry standard testing qualification. • Industry Experience - in the Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management or Legal Industry ideally • Previous Experience of Managing a Testing team and contributing to Testing Strategy.
