This organization is seeking a Senior Web Marketing Generalist who can lead, manage and deliver a wide variety of online projects. This person is responsible for working with web property Agile teams, stakeholders, strategists, and marketing peers, as well as web development and design/production team members. Candidates must excel at cross-functional advising and teamwork, program leadership, and independent contribution. Essential Job Functions: Manage website including design, functionality, and content management. Ensure that all information on the website complies with corporate brand marketing Work with consumer offline marketing team to maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties Manage projects and acts as a liaison between product managers, development, marketing and creative services Work closely with teams to align technology to ensure a smooth technical interface for the users of the site as well as ease of updates and refreshes Build relationship with key user and operation groups internally to resolve business issues Responsible for defining, deployment and tuning of market-specific SEO and SEM strategy Work with team to conduct usability reviews, facilitate customer's feedback reviews and conduct surveys to consistently improve website effectiveness and customer experiences Hire and direct agencies for site creative, production and technical implementations Set agenda and priorities for cost-effective web activities including product/service launches and corporate business programs Work with product managers to identify and develop site business opportunities, new site features and other innovations to increase revenue, attract and support customers Present recommendations and sell ideas directly to brand leaders, based on expertise in user experience, industry understanding and creative layout Track and report on key operational metrics including site performance & site traffic The successful Senior Web Marketing Program Manager will meet the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related experience Minimum eight years of web and online marketing experience, including at least six years of broad web program/project management, and Marketing/Marketing Communications background years managing web creative and/or design projects and web development Proven project management experience in a fast-paced production environment and/or interactive agency experience a plus Proven ability to draft strategic Digital Media Plans and manage their execution with back-end/development and front-end web teams and vendors Successful track record with large-corporate web presence across employee, products, solutions, services and partner sites Proven expertise leading internal client discovery meetings, defining business and marketing objectives and metrics, web team resource planning, etc. Web passion, solid understanding of best practices in web/mobile design and functionality, and web marketing techniques, including social media, mobile, etc. Capability to collaborate on and apply web standards, branding, messaging, content and design elements Expertise with web analytics, reporting, metrics, ROI, etc. and ongoing performance and results optimization (experience with Omniture and Google Analytics preferred) Proven track record in launching and operating web sites with aggressive sales, marketing and business automation features Strategic thinking skills coupled with flexibility to devise alternative approaches and outcomes Graphic design background a plus Agile training/team experience a plus Experience with User-Centered Design (UCD), content management and publishing (Communique (CQ) preferred), social media tools Working knowledge of customer relationship management techniques and tools
