Telemarketer must clear English, must have experience in sales and marketing of janitorial services or similar services(ie.carpet care, window cleaning etc). We will pay for qualified appointments that satisfy the following criteria: 1- Market area : Davis, CA and surrounding areas (area no more than 20 miles from zip code 95616 all around). 2- Office square footage: up to 10,000 sf. 3- Appointments to be set with office manager, owner, etc. (decision maker). 4- You provide calling list/leads. 5- You supply us with a calling script for us to appove. After that no changes in script without our approval. 6- All appointments set need to provide the following information: * Business Name. * Business Address, phone and fax numbers. * Contact person(Decision maker) name, phone number, e-mail. * Best time to call. * Services needed. * Frecuency of services needed. * Square footage of facility. * Current Janitorial Service company if any. * Budget for Janitorial Services if possible. * Any extra information you can gather about prospective client. We consider a valid appointment when our salesperson meet with the decision maker and supply a bid for services.
