Our client is looking for a Social Media Specialist to support our client's social media initiatives and report to the Social Media Manager. The role will be a part of the Social Media Team within our client's eCommerce Department and will be responsible for supporting a "social hub" and maintaining Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts via Shoutlet. This job requires tactical, multitasking capabilities. Additional responsibilities will be the ability to create analytics reports and auditing, including the use of Radian6. Experience engaging B2B audiences a plus. This position has potential to be temp-to-hire. Qualifications: Associates degree in marketing communications or equivalent experience 1 - 3 years of social media marketing experience Excellent interpersonal communications skills Social media analytics and reporting skills Experience monitoring social media channels and executing responses relative to a response triage Ability to work in Lake Forest, IL 3 days and downtown Chicago 2 days per week Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.
