IMMIGRATION Law Firm is looking for a legal assistant or attorney that will do BRIEFS/APPEALS/MOTIONS/RESEARCH for office. LEXIS account will be provided for research. We work by email or you can come in directly to the office. Assistant needs experience in the following: 1. Preparing appeals/breifs/motions 2. Experience in researching federal law 3. legal research experience 4. must be able to articulate legal reasoning in a clear and concise manner Any experience with IMMIGRATION APPEALS and BRIEFS would be a plus. The job is immediately available and we have plenty of cases. Our pay varies based on experience. We pay per case ($300 to $500 per case) depending on the complexity of the case.
