Kforce is looking to hire an experienced IT Project Manager that has a solid hands-on technical background for a client in the Kalamazoo, Michigan job market. The ideal candidate will perform 3 key functions: Systems Administration with some SSRS custom reporting development Business Analyst work is related to working directly with business customers to document requirements and advise the business customers on potential options Formal Project Management and project facilitation: you will be the liaison between the business customers and other technical groups within the IT Department This role is to learn existing systems utilized by the business customers and to perform user support and general application support for these systems. This position also has the potential to turn into a long-term contracting assignment and potentially a permanent-hire role during the contract! Required Skills (items are required unless noted otherwise): 5-10 years of IT experience 2-3 years of formal IT Project Management experience 2-3 years of Business Analyst experience (can also be a form PM who has also performed BA duties on their projects) Experience working in a MS Windows environment and familiarity with SSRS Solid SQL knowledge Strong interpersonal communication skills and strong written documentation skills A customer service orientation Good problem solving skills Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems
