We are looking for candidates who would like to be hired by the client after the 3 month contract. They are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and someone that is good at following the script of questions provided. IT/Technical knowledge is not required but it is a nice to have. Candidates who have worked with different software programs will at least have an understanding of basic functionality.
