We would like to make a few changes to our wordpress theme, current theme is based on Starkers: *Small CSS bug in latest browsers (we have potential solution to test) *Hardcode the current header and footer (so we can remove annoying helper plugins) *Pull the header and footer from a standard site-wide shared .html or .php file if possible *Test on a few browsers Our website and a video overview of what needs to be completed will be provided upon request.
