We need a simple app that our field workers can use as a reference to what rules and regulations are applicable in different situations. I would also like the following functions: * A search function * All information must be contained in the app, so not to require an internet connection (excluding explicit links to outside web-pages) * GPS location and accuracy. * An office worker must be able to easily update the rules/regulations * The pages/posts must allow for at least simple markup (headings, links) I have created a mock-up pictures of the app that I will share with the developer.
