I need to have an iphone/ipad app developed that will provide a mail like interface for displaying system notifications from my servers. The application will need to talk to a .NET C# based web service. A Windows Service (again C#) will be required to send push notifications. Attached to the project is a specification, but as I am not used to providing specifications for IOS projects there may need to be some revisions. The successful bidder will be required to deliver: A fully tested & working IOS app with all the source code and documentation (the source code must contain comments to allow me to make changes in the future, and to debug any issues that arise.) A test windows service (or command line program) to send push notifications. A test web service that works with the application. The final coding of the windows service & web service will be completed in house. Acceptance for the work will only be given once i have the application running on my test devices.
