We use a 3rd party software company to manage our customers. Currently we use their enrollment pages. We want to create a page that combines these 2 pages to host on our own server and use the 3rd party's WSDL's to send the enrollment data. We use the WSDL for a data pull on another part of our website, so you will have that to reference. You can view the 2 enrollment pages here and here Each field will need to be validated before it is sent. This will be done through JQuery, we already have the class built. You will be responsible for Creating the enrollment and completion page Validating the Fields (JQuery) Submitting the WSDL Call Submitting information to our database Handling response (including errors) Testing
