Long Term Contract - Melbourne CBD Location Our client, a leading Global Airline, is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support Engineer to take charge of the day to day support of the Melbourne branch. This opportunity exists for a dynamic and proactive Support Consultant to provide support across the business and will include: Desktop, Network & Telephony support as well as responsibility for maintenance/repair of Printers, Faxes etc. If you consider yourself to be technically very strong with a proactive approach to getting things done, are looking for a long term contract opportunity and have the following background/experience apply NOW! Background/Experience required: A minimum of 2 years Level 1-2 Helpdesk Support experience supporting a large, faced paced environment adhering to strict SLA's Previous experience of support across multiple disciplines including: Desktop, Network, Telephony, Printers, Faxes etc. Outstanding written & verbal communication skills Strong customer service focus Demonstrable experience across all Microsoft Desktop operating systems and Office suites Server experience (software & hardware) highly desirable Nice to have: VMware, CommVault, Dell, Cisco or HP Switching experience! Flexibility around working hours, potential occasional weekends required for out of hours projects. Willingness to travel interstate occasionally to other regional locations.
