Portal development: Overview: Need to have a secure web portal developed that allows users to access one backend application that is hosted and somewhat antiquated. 1) Users navigate to portal 2) Users create own account 3) Users account requires validation through table reference and via email link 4) Users account activated post validation 5) user's portal access based on user information provided and controlled by us (i.e. theme and permissions user specific). 6) Portal maps user's account to a backend table that allows them to connect to a SCORM conformant LMS. User's Portal account must map accurately. Also, 1) Users must be able to reset their own passwords. Look and feel and themes developed and maintained by contract.
