As Payroll Clerk you will be responsible for processing the weekly payroll to BACS production and subsequent production and distribution of payslips. The main responsibilities of this role will include: ensuring all wages information is received from client companies in time for payroll deadlines, ensuring all information is entered into the payroll system in a timely and accurate manner in accordance to all payroll deadlines, performing accurate checks on all data, producing and distributing payslips, dealing with all internal and external queries responding in a professional manner. The successful candidate must have relevant payroll experience; you must have the ability to work under pressure and to work to demanding deadlines. You will have good communication and organisation skills, with fantastic attention to detail. You will demonstrate sound Excel and Word skills; experience using Oracle is desirable but not essential.
