Tier 2 System Integrator Initial 9 Months with extension possible Start Immediately A fantastic opportunity to work for a successful Tier 2 System integrator to start immediately. My client is looking for an experienced infrastructure hands on Project Manager to be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of all infrastructure initiatives associated with a major program. The successful candidate will have hands on infrastructure experience working for Tier 2 System Integrator's / Managed Serviced companies and possess knowledge of infrastructure technologies, having come from a systems/network engineering background. Responsibilities: Day to day project management of the infrastructure stream projects; Delivery of projects to a strict scope, schedule, budget and quality; Drive and ensure implementation plans will be developed as per agreed schedules and quality standards; Managing review and approval of project deliverables and ensuring deliverables comply with IT strategy & architecture; Manage the competing demands of multiple, simultaneous streams; Be involved in hands on tasks if required in a System Engineering / Implementation / Architect capacity. Required experience: A minimum of 10+ years experience in managing large IT projects with large and complex infrastructure to strict delivery schedules within tier 2 System Integrators. Strong understanding and application of Project Management competencies; Proven experience and understanding of systems delivery and Infrastructure environments; End-to-end project delivery Project Management qualifications would be preferred; Experience in the following technical environment: Server & virtualistaion technology Storage Networks Desktop
