Project Coordinator
Working for a global organisation, rapidly expanding in Australia you will be one of the first project Coordinators in the Australian team. This will give you a fantastic and rare first mover advantage and place you in pole position to grow your career with the company. Based in Norwest Business Park you will support 3 Project Managers on busy software related projects. The typical duties of a Project Coordinator apply, project scheduling, minute taking, financials etc... You will need to be an outgoing and communicative person able to multitask and support 3 people. You should also have strong MS Project and MS Excel skills. Responsibilities: Provide all related information to support the processes of revenue recognition estimates to complete, forecasting, budgeting, out of scope qualification Synthesising, analysing and reporting on project statuses, revenues, expenses, profitability, resource/time allocations (OTL) and other key metrics/statistics and trends across all of the departments/business streams Track efficiency throughout the operation life cycle via monthly data capture, tracking key metrics, such as, billing and work utilization, bill rates, FTEs and non-billable time allocation Enforce and improve operation and governance initiatives or strategy and provide any related guidelines and requested operational support Continuously monitor plans set forth and on-going projects to ensure compliance with policies and procedures Works with senior management to provide strategic and tactical advice on program/project planning and execution. - Support in preparing new project proposals - Formulate budgets and pricing model adherence. - Review and approve statements of work for accuracy, - Appropriateness of content/rate for all services agreements Manage procurements initiatives/life cycle on related aspects: benchmark, contract, budget tracking, payments, approval workflows, etc Manage and lead quarterly and centralised communication achievements and related news Position requires managing and maintaining multiple priorities, systems, databases and projects as well as synthesising and collating large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data into actionable information.
