Experis Finance are currently recruiting for a Qualified Management Account with a strong understanding of Finance systems / ERP on behalf of an Engineering business. Based initially in Luton the role will involve assisting with the relocation of the Finance Centre to the Midlands as data and processes are migrated onto a new system. Key responsibilities include; -Documenting current process through the creation of flow diagrams, process and procedure guides for future system users. -Production and automation of the monthly finance report enabling the finance function to be able to report on a project accounting basis as well as the creation of new MI packs. -Consolidation of data from several different data sources and presenting supplementary information where required. -Adding stronger controls to make current procedures robust whilst simplifying. The ideal candidate will be able to step straight into the role and have an awareness of many accounting and ERP/CRM systems, confidently able to pick up ad-hoc tasks and resolve until conclusion.
