The perfect candidate will need to do the following: Work within a Pay Services environment for 2 or more years, although if this is slightly less then an application would still be considered as full training will be provided. Resolve complex pay queries enquiries, issues and complaints, escalating as appropriate, and deal with any service recovery Provide efficient payroll administration and timely advice to customers on payroll queries Ensure that all employee data is entered into Oracle and associated ES systems a timely, accurate and consistent manner, to agreed standards and targets Action workflow requests in a timely and consistent manner
