Specifically, your role within IT falls within the 'Home Services' area of IT, which encompasses applications and processes that support interactions with various installation partners as well as customers purchasing our installation services. You will be exposed to the latest Web technologies running at large, enterprise scale. You will work with IT Teams and business partners to understand strategic initiatives as well as deliver leading-edge mobile solutions focused on supporting many of the installation partners that the company works with. We are in the process of building a mobile development team, and are looking for key resources to join the team. The Developer is a primary team member tasked with developing 3rd party-facing solutions on one or more mobile technologies, including mobile applications and/or mobile web. This position will also partner closely with the business teams to define the overall project scope and approach. Key skills and areas of responsibility include: Development of complex enterprise mobile solutions Expert knowledge of mobile platforms- iOS, as well as mobile web Excellent understanding of the entire project life cycle; ensuring high quality implementations from design through QA to production Ability to perform technical requirements gathering, design, and development of complex applications, including heavy enterprise integration, and presenting at various design review boards Ability to work closely with business partners and user groups to drive out a mobility product roadmap for the 'Home Services' area Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older Must pass the Drug Test Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses Essential Requirements: 4+ years of IT experience Minimum 2+ years of solid mobile Application Development experience using objective C and Cocoa Deep experience with mobility platforms and Enterprise solutions Must have solid knowledge of mobile design patterns, and development challenges that are unique to the mobile application space Experience as a lead developer, working with onsite and remote team members in a matrix environment A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills Experience working with UI/UX design for mobile, wire frames, illustrations, and prototyping Have a thorough understanding of mobile security concepts, mobile Ability to multi-task while maintaining high quality of deliverables Solid understanding of all phases of the Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle Previous experience supporting complex projects with complicated business drivers and multiple stakeholders Must have at least two app posted to Apple iTunes App Store or have a (demonstrable and verifiable) app in an enterprise production environment Physical Job Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles Essential Technical Skills: Extensive Experience in Mobile Application Development for iPhone and iPad Extensive Experience in Apple Xcode Mobile application performance tuning and optimization and Xcode's Instruments analysis tool
