The positions key role is leading creative writer/designer teams from concept development to program launch while providing thought leadership throughout the process. Significant experience with digital projects including web, email and social to digital integration within traditional forms of marketing (Broadcast, Print, Retail and Event) is key. Background can be art or copy, but should be comfortable in either role and just as comfortable providing direction. The position will partner with client service, strategic and production departments as the lead creative voice for multiple client businesses. Additional creative collaboration will be with other creative teams on a regular basis to provide digital thought leadership to current and prospective business opportunities. So you have to play well in the sand box! Qualifications * Strategic, big-picture thinking yet able to adapt to the framework of client brand guidelines * Clearly understand strategy and how to build creative ideas upon it * A true ability to lead by example in the creative process * Possess excellent communication and presentation skills * Experience with well-known brands on the agency side * Maintain a pulse on the digital landscape and relevant creative work in web, social, mobile and digital signage * Expert knowledge and usage of Adobe CS design suite * Knowledge of technical languages such as PHP, ASP, DHTML, Java Scriptand Action Script 2.0 EDUCATION REQUIRED Minimum four-year college degree in advertising, marketing, communications or liberal arts.
