ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT, 9 MONTH TEMP/FULL TIME LOCATION: Hull SALARY AND BENEFITS: £18,000 COMPANY INFORMATION: - A respected company in the food sector with good staff retention YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: - In depth accounts knowledge including taking accounts to trial balance, preparation of management accounts/reports, cash flow, budgets, VAT and accruals - Excellent organisational and prioritising skills within a busy finance environment - Ability to deal and manage different situations by utilising own initiative - A desire to progress practically and academically IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING: - Working experience as an assistant account or similar level - Ability to manage own workload, confidence in decision making and taking on additional responsibilities - High level of literacy and numeracy - Academic level: Ideally AAT qualification - Excellent IT experience especially Sage and Microsoft Excel.
