Customer Support Officer Location: Fremont / Union City / Newark Job Description: Answer In-Bound Quote Requests, Prospect Client Quote requests online, enter them into CRM, answer preliminary customer queries. Connect the leads to the Pre-Sales/Technical Team and co-ordinate a discussion with the technical team. Co-ordinate with the pre-sales team for an estimate, email work & price estimate to the prospective clients. Follow-up through the sales process to close the lead / (work on statement of work, paperwork). Provide Customer Support / (any escalations), Account Management / to the customers and ensure client needs are handled well by our technical staff.
