Relevant Work Experience Minimum 9 years of overall business, programming or consulting experience Additional 3 years of work experience can be substituted for lack of a degree Education BS/BA/MBA/MS Duties and Responsibilities (including all essential job functions) Our senior SAP professionals are part of a diverse team which is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that combine business processes with technology to help our government clients achieve the highest levels of performance Our SAP BW/BI Developers have advanced knowledge in the design and development of SAP Business Information Warehouse. Candidates will have detailed knowledge of SAP BW/BI development and testing, full knowledge of SAP overall, and firm understanding of SAP architecture. The BW/BI Developer is involved in all phases of a life cycle implementation, including development of specifications, prototypes, design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post production support. The SAP BW/BI Developer works closely with our functional consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness of functional requirements, creates technical specifications, and develops business intelligence solutions according to specifications. The BW/BI Developer is responsible for technical component delivery, participates in full integration testing and assumes responsibility for testing the application code from a technical perspective to verify that programs follow standards and meets technical specifications. The BW/BI Developer will actively participate in work groups and work sessions with functional and technical consultants. Critical Knowledge Ideal candidates will have minimum 4 years working in SAP BW development and should have experience working on a minimum of 2 full software lifecycle developments. The consultant should have demonstrable skills of interfacing with customers and gathering requirements as necessary. The candidate needs to have depth and breadth in their core SAP expertise and experience in integration with an ERP environment. The individual should be able to deliver solutions with limited guidance from project managers. Good writing and documentation skills are required. Critical Skills Must have: • SAP Core Experience in BW/BI and one or more or the following modules: FI, CO, PS, SD, MM, PP, IM, WM, LO, LE, QM, SCM, EWM • Experience with the following: • Knowledge and experience with BOBJ suite designing reports o Navigation and drill down with WebI o Crystal o Xcelsius o Analysis Office o Explorer. • BW Development o Business Explorer Suite o BEx Query Designer o BEx Web Analyzer o BW Administrator Workbench • BW Objects – InfoSources, InfoProviders (ODS, InfoCubes), InfoPackages, Datasources, Extractors, Transfer Rules, Update Rules Additional experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: • Demonstrated knowledge of multi-dimensional data warehousing and OLAP • BEx Broadcaster • Report Designer • BW Star Schema • Delta Management • Experience developing BOBJ reports with BW • Additional ECC Programming Experience  ABAP Objects  BADI’s  List Viewer (ALV)  Dialog Programming • SAP R/3 certification in Release 4.6C or later and SAP BW certification in Release 3.5 or later is a plus.
