302582 Offering Program Manager Location: Plano, TX Length: 4 Months If interested, please send resumes to marshall@ccsiinc.com Description: As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing important, high-impact projects to bring a new offering to market, improve an existing product’s adoption and to provide leadership in our transformation to an Agile organization. You’ll work closely across both business and technology teams, and with multiple divisions and functional groups to deliver on our offering and organizational goals. The Responsibilities: - Lead complex, cross-functional program across all phases of planning, implementation and production readiness and support. Create, optimize and drive structured schedules and project plans across divisions and cross-functional teams. Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans based on changing conditions or data. - Connect all of the pieces of the initiative by thinking end-to-end, while leveraging all available assets to solve problems and create value for both short and long horizons. - Anticipate, identify, document and manage key program risks, propose and drive appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. - Prepare project dashboards and communicate progress clearly across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior executive. - Use exceptional cross-functional partnering skills with ability to gain shared vision and "influence without authority" on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs. Partners include organizations who are driving the user experience, marketing, product development, external partnerships and others to deliver on key infrastructure capabilities - Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks, work well with others when conflicts arise, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation. - Affect cultural change across the organization to deliver next generation offerings - Contribute to improvements in program/project management processes and operating mechanisms to continuously improve our ability to deliver value in the organization. - 5+ years project program management experience with focus on delivering cross-functional programs and projects - Must be an exceptional planner who is highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex programs in a timely manner - Experience working in an agile software development environment -delivering to a strategy via incremental releases with a blend of business and technical knowledge - Must have experience in release planning, iteration planning, estimation - Must have agile/Scrum expertise, able to mentor, teach and implement into existing teams - Experience working with Continuous integration tools preferred - Prior scrum master experience highly desired - Scrum master certification highly desired - Demonstrates excellent analysis, execution and matrix-management skills - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver on key program objectives and understand impact to various stakeholders - Self-starter who is able to demonstrate creativity given that little or no precedents may exist. - An innovative problem-solver and guides teams to new ways to attack problems - Proven experience driving organizational change - Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to convey appropriate level of information concisely given subject and audience.
