General Office/ Accounting
Job Description: Do you have great administrative & accounting experience? Do you work independently but also work well with others? Adecco has partnered with a local Georgetown company to recruit a General Office Administrative Assistant with Accounting experience. Primary Job Duties: * Process Billing Daily * Reconcile Billing Errors with Customer Service * Tend to the Reception Area during Breaks and Lunches * Maintain Fixed Asset Database * Maintain Law License Files * Assist with Compiling BMT Data * Work with IT/Costing Administrator on the following: *Product Code Requests *BOM and Routing Setup *BOM Audits *Freight Standard Cost Qualifications: * A minimum of three years accounting experience (A/P, A/R, Cost Accounting, etc.) * Proficient Typing Skills * Intermediate to Proficient Microsoft Office Knowledge. This is a temp to hire position. After 12 weeks, associate would be considered for full time employment. Starting rate is $10.50/hour. Hire rate determined by qualifications.
