Job Description: • Work under the direction of higher level craftsmen to assist in performing various maintenance tasks or moving of equipment. • Assist tradesmen in LEAN Events performing support tasks including assembly of racks, roller conveyor and work cells as needed • Prepare surplus equipment for disposals - clean, stage for disposal as instructed • Assist in Carpenter Shop as required • Perform yard maintenance duties including sweeping, mowing, trimming of shrubs • Service building, grounds and equipment as instructed. Utilize waste stream handling, materials handling, pressure washing, lifts, cleaning and other associated equipment in performing such functions as baling and disposing of waste cardboard, pressure washing of filters, louvers, ducts, air handling and/or air conducting equipment. Utilize yard equipment as may be necessary in the cleaning and maintenance of grounds. • Minor building maintenance tasks such as painting (interior and exterior), cleaning of pedestal fans, ductwork, distribution grilles, etc. • Office renovations - disassemble, relocate and reassemble modular workstations • Move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks and powered jeeps. • Provides other general assistance as needed through setting up the tables and chairs in the facilities as requested, hauling and moving items and picking up parts or other equipment as requested by team. • General maintenance of grounds • Other routine maintenance duties as assigned Minimum Education Required: High School Years of Experience Required: At Least 1 Year Expected Travel Time: None Keywords: Business
