We require an engineer to design a circuit board to replace a 250K mechanical potentiometer for a variable speed blower control. We would like a three button control with On/Off; Speed UP, and Speed DOWN. Additionally, we would like to see a visual feedback on the control board such as LED lights (ramping up, maybe 10 or so lights) or a LED readout showing % of maximum speed.
