PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING. We are recreating 3 websites for a client of ours. The current websites have been built in HTML, we are changing them over to Wordpress sites. We are also switching their hosting over to a Hostgator business package. Each of the 3 sites lists on the first page on Google for their relevant search terms. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: 1) To ensure that these websites don't drop in Search Engine rankings when we change them over to Wordpress and change their hosting to Hostgator. 2) To copy all meta information from their current sites into the new sites that we are building for them. 3) We are looking to create the new sites as addon domains while we are tweaking them. Once our client is happy with the new sites we will be changing over the name servers to point at the new sites hosted with Hostgator. We want your assistance in this step. WHAT WE WILL DO: We will do everything else, including the design of the sites and all data entry. BUDGET: This is not a big job if you know what you're doing, so we are looking for very competitive bids. IMPORTANT: It is obviously VERY important to us that our clients don't lose ranking in this change over and that they keep their current spot in the search engines in particular on Google. They have been on the front page of Google for a number of years now we are relying on you to keep them there. TIMEFRAME: We will be building their new sites in the next week with a view to having the new sites go live on Monday the 10th of September 2012. So we need you to do whatever you need to do before this date. We will give you access to both the old and the new sites. TO WIN THIS PROJECT: We need to be convinced that you can keep our clients new sites in their current positions in the search engines. Convince us of that, price yourself competitively and chances are the job will be yours. PLEASE NOTE: We understand that they might not lose any ranking due to this change over without your assistance, in which case you might need to do little more than advise us as we go. That's fine by us, we haven't done a change over like this before and we just want a great outcome for our client.
