REQUIRED SKILLS: 3+ years experience gathering requirements as a system analyst 2+ years experience gathering and documenting requirements for Data Warehouses. 2+ years experience gathering and documenting requirements for work flow based systems. Experience with use case development and data dictionaries Proficiency with MS Word and Excel Familiarity with a requirements management tool Ability to facilitate requirement definition sessions with business end users. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Familiarity with IBM Rational RequisitePro Knowledge of version management tools Knowledge of issue management tools Experience with SQL stored procedures Experience with record layouts and data models Development background Knowledge of BI Tools, preferably MicroStrategy Experience with Pega RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with the business areas, developers and project management office to define and document system requirements for projects and system enhancements for our new and existing Data Warehouse applications. Translating business requirements into system requirements using use cases and interface document specifications. Maintaining system requirements/use cases in an IBM Rational RequisitePro Database. Documenting current workflows where requirements do not exist. Developing and presenting system process flows and prototypes to aid in the identification of system requirements. Applying proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help support the development process and ensure project deliverables are met according to specifications.
