Consultant will need to be on-site in Jacksonville, FL for the first week and will work remote after that. Looking for a Project manager with deep (5+ years) Defined Benefits experience. The project manager will lead de-risking project or other large projects. Contract will go to the end of the year with possible extension. Essential Skills: Full life-cycle project management (from proficiencies in the following areas: In-depth project initiation to post implementation support transition) Effective client knowledge and application of project management methodologies Conflict resolution, issue resolution and risk mitigation management Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills Forecasting, budget management and billing Team leadership and resource allocation and negotiation responsibilities Managing client expectations Risk management Allocation and negotiation of resources Hours and revenue forecasting Budget management Tracking and managing issues to successful resolution Experience: Minimum of three years managing full life-cycle projects is required Experience using project management software Experience managing virtual implementations to external clients is preferred Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects and project teams is preferred Strong background in benefits administration Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent in formal project management training Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Industry related certifications (PHR, CPP, FPC, etc.) are a plus
