An illustrator is drawing illustrations to a narrator talking about the subject matter, and the footage needs to be sped up to match the narration. The video has already been shot. It requires making sure the images are all legible and clear, some CGI. Will further explain once you contact us and show you an example of this type of video on the Internet.
