Requirement Details: Responsibilities: Candidates will be responsible for providing onsite and remote desktop support to approximately 1200 users (around 880 users in NY, 250 in Stamford, rest in LA), in a mixed Windows XP/7 and MAC OS (Leopard and Snow Leopard) environment. The majority of the users are on Win 7, approximately 250 of them are on MACs. Supporting MS Office 2007 and 2010 for PCs and Office 2011 for MACs (partway through upgrading users to 2010) and MS Outlook 2007/2010, video conferencing, blackberries, & other mobile devices (iPhones/Androids/iPads). Responsible for Active Directory user administration including resetting passwords, creating/deleting user accounts, and enabling groups. Responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting all hardware and software, and connectivity issues. Involved in deploying and imaging of systems, and providing remote desktop using VNC and Apple Remote desktop. All Applicants need to interview.
