Database Analyst III This individual will be creating databases on front end (Access) to speak to SQL database on back end. Need someone that can write an application in Access at a high level that will interface with the SQL backend database. They will work with the other team member in NJ to work together to build out this application. Will participate in meetings, understand the databases and access terminology. They will need to understand a project life cycle and project methodology. They should also have Word, Excel, and Outlook. They will be testing the process, testing, writing test scripts, and defect tracking. MUST HAVE SKILLS Experience with Access (high level) 7+ years... Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of how Access and SQL interact (will need to work with other department) Testing and building tests scripts Defect tracking NICE TO HAVE SKILLS QC experience Financial/banking industry experience Monarch, MACROS, MS Project , Visio SOFT SKILLS This is a very small team; we need a very dynamic individual in this role. Someone that can really come in and mesh with the team well. This is a very collaborative team. We need someone that can also work independently, had strong communication and presentation skills and can come in and hit the ground running. This is a critical project and they will need to ramp up quickly. LOCATION: This individual will need to be based on site in Lewiston, ME for the duration of this role.
