I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a well established Housing Association based in London's West End. I am currently looking for a strong Housing Administrator who can come in and hit the ground running to support the Senior Management Team. The Role: * To be responsible to provide outstanding secretarial and administrative support * Provide general support and assistance to the Chief Executive * Assisting with the coordination of meetings. * Meeting and greeting clients. * Answering the phone, responding to queries and directing calls. * Acting as a gatekeeper for the Chief Executive, taking details messages and ensuring these are passed on instantly. * Office Administration - ensuring that the office and kitchen are kept clean and tidy; ordering stationary; ensuring milk, coffee and tea stocks are sufficient, emptying the dishwasher if needed; coordinating repairs or directing IT problems. * Assisting with the preparation of board papers and client meeting packs including the use of PowerPoint and Excel. * Knowledge of having worked within a Housing Association is essential The person: * Knowledge of office administration * Knowledge of working in a similar position ins public, private of a voluntary sector organisation * Education up to at least GCSE level with good written and spoken English * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to use all Microsoft applications * Ability too as part of a team * Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload * Strong customer focus with a commitment to provide a high quality service What's on offer: A six month fixed term contract paying £24,000 37.5 hours a week.
