Mandatory Skill/Expertise Should have in-depth understanding of Oracle 11g and have solid hands-in experience with the development of Oracle packages and procedures. Minimum 5 years of Oracle development experience is required. Proficient in using TOAD. Able to translate functional requirements into database structure and database programming. Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
