JOB OVERVIEW My client is looking for a Senior Technical PM supporting projects in the Retail Money In Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and execution of several medium level complexity projects / programs ranging in size from $400K to $3M, with work involving multiple internal applications and external vendors. This individual will ensure delivery of projects to the business partner(s) while meeting the approved scope/cost/schedule/quality/value for the project. JOB REQUIREMENTS: · Significant experience with Financial Products/Services in order to professionally engage with and act as a liaison between Technology, Business Partners and Vendors. · Able to drive, orchestrate, track and deliver projects and be able to effectively facilitate meetings across multiple channels in both IT and Line Of Business. · Extensive experience in IT Budget for their project(s) and all reporting associated with this management responsibility. · Have clear, concise, effective and professional communication and presentation skills as they will be interacting with all levels of executives and stakeholders MUST HAVE SKILLS: · 7+ Senior level Project / Program Management experience · Strong understanding of SDLC methodology, Scope and Risk Analysis · Familiarity/experience with Financial Products/Services · Strong communications/relationship skills and ability to work with any level of management · Ability to work within and foster a strong, supportive Team Environment within a matrixes organization · Manage competing demands across matrixes group, multiple priorities. · Relationship management is very important – · Ability to work unsupervised in a telecommute environment NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: · PMP · Fidelity experience would be nice to have. · Experience with online or store applications or prepaid card KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: · Manage day-to-day project activities and reporting of medium complexity or units/phases of a larger complex project plan, execute, control and close out project against defined scope and budget. · Utilize the bank approved standards, policies and procedures. · Create and sustain effective team relationships and team coaching and development in a matrixed environment. · Manage stakeholder expectations. · Manage risk and mitigation. · Work independently while collaborating effectively with business heads to establish and execute on project/project requirements. · Ensure that the proposal, execution, control, deployment, training / hand off, warranty support, and closure occur while meeting all project/program business partner approved timelines and the bank Standards. · Estimation and planning, risk assessment, contingency planning, tracking, management of progress, issues, budget, risk, resources and reporting. · Accountable for project budget, reporting, documentation, and time lines LOCATION: Any of the main offices – Falmouth, ME, Mt. Laurel, NJ or Greenville, SC. You will be required to travel into the local office up to a few times a week depending on the stages of the projects. You would need to work onsite in Falmouth, Maine 3 - 5 days for orientation.
